Dual Studio Manager

About the role

We are currently seeking a full-time Dual Studio Manager at JCPenney Portraits. The position involves managing and leading the operation and staff of two portrait studios in a host environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree, preferred.
• 2-5 years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel).

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.

Skills

• You’ll bring remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction…).

Pay

$17.25-$24.00 per hour
