Dual Studio Manager

About the role

We are currently seeking a full-time Dual Studio Manager at JCPenney Portraits. The ideal candidate is a creative individual with a passion for photography and sales, who enjoys working with infants, children, and adults.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the operation and staff of two portrait studios in a host environment.
• Schedule, hire, train, sell, and manage photography for customers.
• Ensure the studio achieves its sales targets and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sales, and delivery experience.
• Follow established operational processes and policies.
• Accountable for the studio's performance and development of team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree, preferred.
• 2-5 years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel).

Skills
