Dual Site Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager I will supervise entry-level employees and leverage processes and procedures to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality deliverables. They handle budget allocation and resource administration to support business operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive day-to-day operations.
• Manage payroll using the company software system.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Oversee staffing, performance management, training, and resource planning.
• Lead document management activities to ensure policies and procedures are followed and comply with regulations.
• Resolve production complaints and assist the team with inquiries and concerns.

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business commitments.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Ability to solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT certification to operate DOT-regulated vehicles.
• Strong customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
