About the role

Solving Autism LLC is currently seeking a Dual-Site BCBA/Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of providers in South Carolina. This position will have a presence at both our Fort Mill clinic (serving individuals from toddlers through teens) and our Rock Hill clinic (specializing in functional life skill development for adolescents through early adults).

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with autism spectrum disorder across multiple clinics.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and positive behavior support plans.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Student Analysts.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure positive outcomes for learners.
  • Adopt a "quality over quantity" approach to billing and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certificate in good standing with the BACB.
  • Completed BACB's 8-hour Supervision Training.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the ABA field.
  • Experience with QBS: Safety Care Levels 1 & 2 for behavior support.
  • Proficiency in using Central Reach for programming and practice management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in providing high-quality support to clients and families.

Qualifications

  • Well-versed in executing a range of developmental assessments independently (e.g., VB MAPP, The Vineland, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.).
  • Skilled in training and supervising RBTs and Student Analysts.
  • Experience with monthly or semi-monthly parent education opportunities.
  • Reputable abilities to contribute to a team, manage tasks effectively, and maintain professional communication.

Pay

Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Flexibility to set your own schedule, as long as you are on-site for 40 hours per week.
