Responsible for
- Dealing the game and monitoring the monies of the table at all times.
- Maintaining gaming cards and equipment.
- Protecting company assets by monitoring guests' movements at the table at all times.
- Analyzing customer play for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Paying wins and taking losses.
- Safeguarding the safety and security of guests and employees.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of special events and promotional activities.
- Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by applicable regulatory entities.
Must-Haves
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one (1) year experience as a casino dealer or certification from an accredited dealer school.
- Experience dealing at least two (2) of the following games: Black Jack, Craps, or Roulette.
- Working knowledge of novelty games.
- The ability to work in an alcohol and smoking environment.
- The ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by applicable regulatory entities.
Physical Requirements
- Standing for 75% of the time.
- Walking for 10% of the time.
- Bending for 15% of the time (from waist).
- Repetitive hand motions.
- Going up and down stairs multiple times per day and using elevators.
