Dual Rate Supervisor Full Time (Harrah's LV)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and Dealing several table games on an assigned shift
• Show working knowledge of all (multiple) table games, house rules, counting methods and procedures covering each
• Affirm that all coin and check racks are filled at all times
• Settle disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area, referring to those that are exceedingly difficult for the Casino Manager
• Interact with guests and model interactive skills with guests and fellow employees
• Remain alert to any unusual or questionable activities being displayed by any Table Games employee or gaming guest and report any situations to assigned superior
• Observe problems or differences between Table Games employees and gaming guests and provide assistance if necessary
• Counsels, guides, coaches and instructs assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties
• Prepares and coordinates the periodical performance review of assigned personnel

Qualifications

• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner
• Presents a neat and professional appearance
• Minimum age of 21
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Minimum of 2 years pit operation experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures pertinent to Pit operations
• Alcohol, NV and Gaming License, NV required

About the Role

The Dual Rate Supervisor supervises the operations of several table games on an assigned shift, placing special emphasis on guest service, security of Caesars Entertainment assets and positive employee motivation and coaching. Games needed for Dealing (Blackjack, Roulette, Craps/Dice, Baccarat, and/or Pai Gow).
