Dual Rate Slots Supervisor/ Slots Floor Attendant

Responsibilities

• Oversee, observe, and evaluate Slot Service Ambassadors' performance.
• Affirm that all policies and procedures are being adhered to.
• Approve all taxable jackpots in accordance with Title 31.
• Assist in issuing club cards to players.
• Safeguard company assets within their control.
• Perform duties of a shift manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing the duties of a Slot Service Ambassador.
• Give change and break down bills.
• Take care of all Slot Player’s service needs.
• Be a source of information about property events, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and other facilities.
• Openly converse with and build relationships with players and other Slot Service Ambassadors.
• Sign up players for club cards.
• Clear bill validator jams and make minor adjustments and repairs to machines.
• Clear ticket jams and refill paper in machines.
• Answer players' questions on machine payouts and other related topics.
• Replace burned machine bulbs, loose machine buttons, etc.
• Safeguard slot assets assigned under their control.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions and outside weather.
• Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
