Dual Rate Floor Supervisor/Pit Manager

Responsibilities

• Offers the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play.
• Maintains a high level of subordinate performance & productivity.
• Ensures accuracy of all monetary transactions.
• Monitors and adjusts table game limits with respect to gaming volume.
• Handles customer requests, including information, markers, and comps.
• Responsible for specific table games scheduling for Dealers.
• Complies with all Seminole Gaming’s Compliance and Regulations and Federal CTR & SARC regulations.
• Ensures customer enjoyment and satisfaction.

Qualifications
