Dual Property Sales Manager – Gulfport, MS

Gulfport isn’t just a market — it’s a movement. A mix of military, manufacturing, tourism, sports, and year-round coastal demand. We’re looking for a Dual Property Sales Manager who knows how to tap into that energy and turn it into real revenue for our Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn hotels.
Responsibilities
- You’re the Connector
- You’ll be the face of both hotels — the person who knows the players, the projects, the crews, the planners, and the decision-makers.
- You’ll build relationships that last and create business that sticks.
- Proactive outreach — You’re out in the market, not waiting behind a desk
- Local partnerships — Chambers, CVBs, civic groups, military contacts, industrial leaders
- Account growth — You nurture accounts like they’re your own business
- You’re the Strategist
- You navigate Hilton + IHG systems with confidence
- You work with GMs and Revenue Management to position both hotels to win
- You identify new segments, new projects, and new revenue streams
- You’re the Closer
- You know how to turn conversations into contracts and leads into long-term business.
- Sales reporting — Clean, clear, consistent communication
- Cross-property coordination — Ensure both hotels deliver on what you sell
- Competitive awareness — You know what the comp set is doing before they do
Requirements
Hotel sales experience strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license + clean MVR
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Ability to travel throughout the Gulfport/Biloxi market
