Dual Property Chief Engineer for Fairfield Inn & Suites - Chesterfield, MO

About the role

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance department at our Dual Fairfield Inn & Suites/SpringHill Suites property in Chesterfield, MO.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
• Diagnoses problems or repairs machines.
• Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.
• Maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded.
• Responds to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping within 15 minutes (occupied rooms).
• Pools chemical testing.

Requirements

At least 2 years of facilities experience.

Experience in a management position.
