Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and engineering operations
• Handle human resources duties: hiring, training, coaching, counseling employees, problem resolution, and discipline
• Resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential problems, operational issues, business flow, and associate performance
• Prepare forecasts and reports
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses

Requirements

• Previous hotel management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
