Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the complimentary breakfast bar and HBar.
• Keep the breakfast bar and HBar organized, clean, and replenish depleted items.
• Prepare various food items as needed, including heating, cooking, or warming food items.
• Respond to guest requests for additional food and beverage items, hotel information, directions, and any other assistance.
• Support the HBar restaurant during mid and evening times by preparing and serving as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous serving experience, preferably in an upscale dining environment.
• Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic.
• Passion for customer service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, and climbing stairs.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
