Dual Assistant Director of Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, including Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the Front Office to ensure effective communication for operational issues
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

Requirements

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required
• Experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in Housekeeping and Laundry operational procedures
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment

Skills

• Passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
• Interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results

Pay

Compensation starts at $62,000 to $64,564.
