Description

Essential functions:
- Assist Coordinator with organizing, planning and coordinating the implementation of client care in our DTA/GSE programs.
- Provide direction to HTs in DTA and Job Coaches in GSE.
- Monitor HTs/Job Coaches to ensure they are providing highest level of care to clients.
- Review HT/Job Coach performance in their work areas.
- Ensure clients are clean, well-groomed, and dressed (age appropriately, correctly for the season, and environmental conditions).
- Position and re-position every 1 hour while awake and every 2 hours while asleep and as needed.
- Absorb and drive clients to appointments and activities as scheduled.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Report any changes to driving record immediately.
- Clean all areas of DTA/GSE including restrooms.
- Ensure that all required documentation is completed before the end of shift: incident reports, HT/Job Coach daily duties, etc.
- Attend training sessions required by the company.
Responsible for Clients/Residents:
- Ensure clients are emotionally and physically stimulated to the best of their ability.
Responsible for DTA/GSE Area:
- Perform duties following safety standards required for this position including, but not limited to, use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs, i.e. gloves).
Responsibility to the Company:
- Be flexible in hours worked and location worked, to assist with staff coverage, if needed.
- Ensure compliance with: Article 9 Prevention and Support, Annual TB skin test, Fingerprint Clearance Card, Fingerprint Affidavit, CPR & 1^st^Aid, Orientations, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation, HIPAA, Annual Flu vaccine (or wearing a mask for whole shift while on duty and refused flu vaccine), Drivers License is current and in good standing (if applicable).
