About the role

This is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence in Atlanta, Georgia (Open to Relocating).

Responsibilities

• Build and improve key decision systems, predictive models, and business processes to drive maximum business impact.
• Develop a profound understanding of our customers, products, and finances by studying the data that describes each of these elements.
• Be part of a team that forms the backbone of a company at the forefront of an exciting, growing industry.
• Design, implement, and run experiments to solve business problems using cutting-edge technologies.
• Prototype solutions to business problems using advanced analytics methods.
• Recommend and support strategic changes through rigorous analytics and creative problem solving.
• Identify, evaluate, and help implement advanced analytics methods.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience.
• Masters degree in a quantitative/technical field (Math, Stats, Econ, Eng, Physics, Comp Sci).
• Experience with R, Python, machine learning tools, and SQL.
• Evidence of applying advanced models to real-world problems.
• Ability to craft rigorous research/designs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DevOps and Git.
• Track record of agency AI use and implementation.

Skills

• Driven analytical professional.
• Data blending, data mining, machine learning, software engineering.
