Responsibilities
- Elevate the in-store experience by modeling, supervising, and coaching associate and support leaders on behaviors that achieve store goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Develop and communicate store strategies that align with company objectives.
- Foster a growth mindset, promote innovation, and cultivate solution-oriented ideas.
- Deliver financial plans to drive KPI performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; adjust strategies based on business shifts.
- Create an environment of recognition, reinforcing behaviors that meet customer and business needs.
- Resolve customer and associate feedback with urgency.
- Strategically plan and direct merchandise movement to respond to customer trends.
- Communicate store-specific merchandise inventory recommendations to the Market Leader.
- Oversee execution of sales floor standards, maintenance, and operations.
- Develop a cohesive talent strategy that meets business needs.
- Lead by example and hold the team accountable for following all policies and procedures.
- Oversee all inventory-related activities, including freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, and mark out of stock (MOOS).
- Oversee all omni-channel activities in-store, including Charge/Send and Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
- Use the Store Visit Assessment to identify opportunities and implement action plans to course-correct.
- Manage all associate timekeeping activities to meet store labor deliverables, including scheduling, forecasting, labor adjustments, and payroll management.
- Build a diverse team that meets customer experience needs.
- Resolve associate and leadership relations matters, escalating when appropriate.
- Lead the performance management process, including developmental conversations, feedback, accountability, and year-end reviews.
- Build strong networking relationships to recruit top talent for all positions.
- Ensure all open positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Create and implement a development strategy that fosters advanced learning and career growth.
- Facilitate store meetings as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Market Leader and/or Regional Director.

- Ability to stand or walk for up to 100% of working time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally to frequently.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ retail management experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
