What You’ll Do
Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals in a residential setting
Lead, mentor, and train DSPs, Leads, and volunteers
Assist with scheduling, staff orientation, and performance evaluations
Ensure all DSP duties are completed accurately and on time
Delegate tasks and maintain smooth operations during your shift
Support residents with daily living skills, routines, and personal goals
Maintain documentation and uphold agency policies
Promote a safe, supportive, and home-like environment
Come Bring Your
- 18+ years old
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in the developmental disability field
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- A valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) + proof of insurance
- Willingness to drive agency vehicles
- Ability to pass a knowledge and skills assessment
- CPR/First Aid (provided upon hire)
