About the role

Join Mana Resources as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Help individuals build independence, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Prepare meals and assist with medications
• Support community outings and recreational activities
• Encourage independence and skill development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home
• Complete documentation and communicate with the care team

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with reliable, insured, registered transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• CPR/First Aid and Medication Certification (training available)

Experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.

Schedule

• Weekend Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Weekend Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
