DSP Floater Full Time

Orchard Village is looking for responsible, caring, and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. A DSP helps clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you can make a profound impact on someone's life.

Pay

$23.10 per hour

Schedule

Varied weekly schedule with no specific house assignment; assignments based on where most needed. Open shift availability required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma, GED, or evaluated foreign degree
• Clear criminal background (or DPH waiver)
• No lifting restrictions
• Flexible and reliable transportation
• Must be a DSP on the Healthcare Worker Registry

Responsibilities

A typical day includes:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Hygiene assistance
• Working on client goals
