About the role

Orchard Village is seeking responsible, caring, and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• A typical day includes meal preparation, housekeeping, hygiene, and working on goals.

Requirements

• \~ A driver's license with a clean driving record
• \~ A high school diploma, GED, or evaluated foreign degree
• \~ A clear criminal background (or DPH waiver)
• \~ No lifting restrictions
• \~ Must be flexible and have reliable transportation
• \~ Must be a DSP on the Healthcare Worker Registry
• \~ Open shift availability required
• \~ Overtime available

Pay

\$23.10/hr.

Schedule

Variated weekly schedule without a specific house assignment.
