DSP (Direct Support Professional) – Part Time – $25/hr – Flexible Shifts – Oakhurst, New Jersey

What You’ll Do (DSP Responsibilities)

• Daily routines and independent living skills
• Meal prep, light housekeeping, and organization
• Community outings, appointments, and activities
• Personal care (as needed depending on case)
• Social support, confidence-building, and engagement
• Documentation using electronic systems (simple daily notes)
• Maintaining a safe and respectful environment

Shifts Available

• Afterschool / evening shifts
• Community-based support hours
• Some short shifts (perfect for a second job)

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to pass required background checks / clearances
• Reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain—we guide you)
• Experience is helpful, but not required (we train)
