DSC Housekeeping Lead Sup

Duties And Repsonsibilities

• Sanitizes and cleans according to protocols.
• Prepares room assignments for staff.
• Assigns duties to housekeeping staff and inspects their work.
• Inspects rooms for readiness for occupancy.
• Maintains and replenishes supplies.
• Investigates and resolves complaints about housekeeping services and equipment.
• Examines common areas for maintenance needs.
• Conducts orientation for new team members.
• Performs administrative tasks including personnel matters, report preparation, and staff meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Eighteen (18) years of age.
• Three to six months related experience/training preferred.

Other Requirements

• Must obtain non-gaming license upon hire.
• Effective communication skills, including writing correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and carry up to forty (40) pounds or more.
• Standing or walking for extended periods of time.
• Exposure to weather conditions.
• Occasional janitorial duties.
