Drywall Repair Technician

What You’ll Do

• Drywall patching, finishing, and texture matching
• Repairing holes, cracks, water-damage areas, and general wall imperfections
• Light framing or backing work when needed
• Ensuring clean, professional job sites and excellent customer communication
• Driving to job locations using a company or personal vehicle

Requirements

• Experience in drywall repair (patching, taping, mudding, sanding, finishing)
• Construction background with strong hands-on skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Physical Demands

• Performing essential physical tasks such as lifting and carrying materials up to 50 pounds
• Standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and working on ladders for extended periods
• Completing construction-related physical tasks with consistent hand-eye coordination for detailed finishing work
