Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to bring projects to fruition
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Work closely with finance and insurance partners to secure funding and coverage
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the homeownership journey

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in home building or related fields preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college education or relevant work experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
