Drywall Patching & Finishing

Responsibilities

• Patch, board, tape, mud, and sand all opened or damaged wall and ceiling surfaces.
• Install new drywall sheets where walls were opened for rough-ins.
• Patch all holes, tape all joints, apply multiple coats of mud, and sand to a paint-ready smooth finish.
• Perform minor texture matching if existing areas have texture.

Excludes full re-boarding of entire walls or ceilings if not damaged or opened during the rough-in phase.
