About the role

Drybar is a blow dry-only bar focusing on providing exceptional customer service and blowouts. We are seeking talented retail sales associates to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Operate a point of sale system
• Maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
• Multi-task and solve problems effectively
• Work flexible set schedule hours

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service
• Technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
• Problem solver - uses logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
• Shows up for scheduled shifts and is reliable
• Communicates respectfully and is a good team player
