What You’ll Do

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

PAY AND BENEFITS

The expected base wage for this Illinois based position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr*. Pay range listed is provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
