About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales territories in their respective regions, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of TAVI or Ortho products
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Fluency in English
