About the role
The Driveway Store Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in connecting dealership partners with the Driveway.com platform, ensuring operational excellence, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional omnichannel customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with dealership leaders to review Driveway.com performance, identify opportunities, and improve key operational metrics.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for store-related operational, fulfillment, and customer experience issues.
- Lead store onboarding, engagement, CRM training, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Driveway.com processes.
- Oversee Store Valet onboarding, utilization, performance, and workforce planning to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reporting accuracy, operational improvements, inventory syndication, and customer satisfaction.
- Capture and communicate store feedback, best practices, and performance insights to improve the Driveway partner experience.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Driveway.com operations, dealership processes, customer fulfillment, logistics, and performance management.
- Experience building partnerships and influencing results across multiple locations or teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours to support business operations.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
