DriveUp&Go Supervisor

About the Role

Lead the Drive Up & Go online selection process to ensure on-time and accurate order execution. Train shoppers on Drive Up & Go equipment, proper shopping of perishable items, customer service, and adherence to company procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Drive Up & Go employees.
• Assist E-commerce shoppers with substitutions, problem resolution, and customer inquiries.
• Support Store Management in coaching and managing Drive Up & Go employees.
• Manage shopper productivity, out-of-stock items, on-time order fulfillment, and order delivery speed to customers' cars.
• Provide timely reporting and information to Store Management for proactive decision-making and continuous process improvement.
• Select and collate products for online grocery orders.
• Inspect perishable products for pull dates, quality, proper temperature, and correct bagging to prevent damage in transit.
• Perform daily site workbench functions and maintain necessary paperwork.
• Conduct periodic shopper audits to ensure procedural compliance.
• Assist customers on the sales floor.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations by all department personnel.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with management teams.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is highly desirable.
• Understanding of customer satisfaction with a focus on creating a positive experience for Albertsons.com customers.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move rapidly for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and maneuver objects up to approximately fifty pounds.
• Analytical ability to handle administrative duties and maintain mental alertness for accurate, safe, and thorough work completion.
• Ability to concentrate and manage frequent interruptions.
• Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
