DriveUp&Go Supervisor

About the Role

Responsible for leading the Drive Up & Go online selection process to ensure on-time and accurate order execution. Must be able to train shoppers on the Drive Up & Go equipment, proper shopping of perishable items, customer service, and to follow company procedures and guidelines.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise team of Drive Up & Go employees
• Assist E-commerce shoppers with proper substitutions, handling problems, and answering customers’ questions
• Support Store Management in effective management and coaching of Drive Up & Go employees
• Manage shopper productivity, out of stocks, on-time tilling, and speed of order delivery to customers' cars
• Provide timely reporting and information to Store Management for proactive decision-making and continuous process improvement
• Select and collate products for online grocery orders
• Check perishable products for pull dates, quality, proper temperature, and proper bagging to prevent damage during transit
• Perform all site workbench functions daily and maintain necessary paperwork
• Conduct periodic shopper audits to ensure procedural follow-through
• Assist customers on the sales floor
• Ensure compliance with Company rules and regulations by all department personnel

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move rapidly for extended periods
• Ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds
• Analytical ability for administrative duties and mental alertness for accurate, safe, and thorough work
• Ability to concentrate and handle frequent interruptions
• Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment
