Driver/Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, efficient, and courteous delivery of electrical supplies, materials, and parts.
• Assist with general warehouse duties.
• Operate company trucks with great care, ensuring compliance with all prevailing traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Unload material at customer sites, including heavy and bulky items.
• Load and unload materials from trucks accurately, efficiently, and safely, using proper body mechanics and equipment.
• Receive and check deliveries, pickups, and returns to ensure quality and quantity of products.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut safely, utilizing appropriate equipment.
• Sweep floors, remove trash, and maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders ranging from small boxes to pallets.
• Record losses of damaged or defective materials.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
• Ability to unload material at customer sites, including heavy and bulky items.
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse.
• Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and safety protocols.

Pay

$19-$20 per hour.

Schedule

Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
