At Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation, we are committed to providing the best care for our patients. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Driver to join our team in University City, Missouri. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of our patients to and from therapy sessions, medical appointments, and other healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from therapy sessions, medical appointments, and other healthcare services in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including sign-in and sign-out logs
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure that all transportation needs are met
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality regarding patient information
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field preferred
• Ability to lift, push, or pull patient equipment up to 50 pounds
• Valid class E driver's license and a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
