About the role

Through our public transit partnership with the city of Phoenix, AZ, Via provides smart, on‑demand microtransit for local residents. Driver partners operate approved vehicles to deliver reliable service while benefiting from a guaranteed hourly earnings model.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• 25 years of age or older
• Minimum of 1 year of unrestricted U.S. driving history
• Active personal auto insurance policy

Pay

• Earn $21/hour operating standard vehicles
• Earn $23/hour for Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV)
• $100 welcome bonus after completing first 10 driving hours within 10 days of onboarding
