Responsibilities

• Perform removals from homes, hospitals, nursing homes, and other locations.
• Be on call and available for overnight and daytime assignments.
• Drive to removal sites that may be several hours away.
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion when interacting with families and guests.

Requirements

• Current [state] driver’s license with a good driving record; must be insurable under company vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to undergo training (past experience preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Ability to empathize with client families and guests, demonstrating tact and patience in emotionally charged situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work safely, comply with safety procedures, and use required personal protective equipment.
• Physical ability to climb, sit, stand, bend, kneel, and perform reaching, pushing, pulling tasks.
• Routine exposure to chemicals and/or blood‑borne pathogens; must follow safety protocols.
