Driver Trainer - Transportation

Employment days: 245 – exact daily hours to be determined by supervisor.

Pay

Salary range: $45,871–$72,769

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum of five years of experience in school bus transportation, at least three years of which must be SC school bus experience.
• Possess and maintain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B or higher with a P&S endorsement.
• Possess and maintain a SCDE School Bus card and valid DOT medical card.
• Possess and maintain SCDE Behind the Wheel (BHTW) certification and SCDE PPT Certification.
• Provide a valid driver’s license, social security card, and completed required forms.
• Negative TB test results under one year old (upload required; if not yet completed, upload an acknowledgment document).

Note: A delay in submitting TB test results will postpone the onboarding process.
