About the role

Lake Seminole Square is seeking a hospitality-focused, full-time Driver. This role is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of residents to individual and group activities, community events, and medical appointments.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents safely to scheduled activities, appointments, and events.
• Complete a safety check of the applicable vehicle (i.e., car or bus) before transporting residents to and from scheduled activities and appointments.
• Accurately record vehicle mileage and resident attendance for all scheduled transportation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
• Valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
• Clean driving record that meets company Driver Selection Policy standards.
• Courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with the residents.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow map directions.
• Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status, including MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu, and COVID-19.
