Driver Recruiter - Intermodal Trucking

Maritime Delivery Services (MDS) is an intermodal trucking company with 4 offices in the US. MDS has been in business since 2007 providing safe, reliable service with dedicated staff and business-oriented independent contractors.

About the role

The Driver Recruiter will coordinate all aspects of the owner-operator recruiting process and attain measurable results while complying with company directives, local, state, national laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting and retaining owner-operators in a multi-site organization.
• Partner with Management to forecast and develop plans for key staffing/retention initiatives.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process.
• Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract qualified owner-operators.
• Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in driver recruiting
• Transportation/trucking background
• Working knowledge of DOT driver qualification regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

The annualized base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $90,000.00, excluding fringe benefits. Final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours a week – Monday to Friday.
