Driver Recruiter
About the role
The Recruiter II will provide World Class Recruiting Services to the Ryder organization in a cost-effective manner, utilizing state-of-the-art recruitment methodologies. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for various positions across the company.
Responsibilities
- Sources, screens, interviews, and refers candidates to hiring managers
- Develops effective working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters
- Maintains relationships with HR and business partners to ensure appropriate service levels are met
- Works on staffing issues of moderate scope, analyzing situations or data as needed
- Ensures compliance within all legal aspects of recruiting
- Promotes the organization as an employer of choice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Four (4) years or more experience in a related area

- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
- Flexible and capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

Pay
The position is salaried with a minimum pay range of $62,000 and a maximum pay range of $70,000. Compensation may vary based on a variety of factors including experience, education, and market data.
