Driver-Part Time-PRN
About the role
Southwest Behavioral and Health Services is seeking a dedicated and friendly Driver to support our mission of enhancing lives and improving communities through compassionate care. This role involves transporting clients to and from appointments and requires excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely transportation and maintain appropriate staff/client communications and relationships
- Absorb client behavioral concerns and report to appropriate staff
- Complete daily transportation logs, computer documentation, and billing
- Obey all traffic laws and adhere to agency policies and procedures
- Maintain current training requirements and monitor/record safety/mechanical concerns
- Report concerns to supervisor and Risk Management
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid Arizona driver's license in accordance with SBH insurance standards
- High School Diploma or GED
Benefits
The company provides sick time for part-time employees, with accrual of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per year. Eligible for participation in the 403(b) Program with company matching after 6 months of employment.

Pay & Schedule
$15.15 per hour, part-time, Monday-Friday schedule as needed, flexible to work during clinic operating hours, reporting to Kingman Outpatient Clinic.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, ability to handle own schedule, and strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
