About the Role
Assist delivery drivers with unloading, checking product quality, and delivering to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Unload and inspect products
- Rotate produce
- Assist with deliveries
- Communicate order issues
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Operate equipment safely following safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with handcarts and electric pallet jacks
Skills
- Strong communication
- Basic arithmetic
- Knowledge of delivery schedules
- Product quality checks
Physical Demands
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds (infrequent up to 80 pounds)
- Climbing, bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling
Work Environment
- Cold warehouse conditions
- Confined spaces
- Exposure to extreme weather conditions
