About the role
Assist delivery drivers by unloading, checking product quality, and delivering to customers.
Responsibilities
- Unload and inspect products
- Rotate stock
- Assist with deliveries
- Address customer complaints professionally
- Handle company equipment following safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with handcarts and electric pallet jacks
- Strong communication skills, understanding of delivery schedules, and knowledge of product quality and rotation
Skills
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Work safely
- Follow procedures
Requirements
- Frequently move products up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds
- Must be able to climb, bend, squat, push, and pull
- Cold warehouse setting, working in confined spaces and extreme weather conditions such as heat, rain, or cold
