Driver Helper - Part Time

About the Role

Assist delivery drivers by unloading and inspecting products at customer locations, ensuring quality and proper rotation.

Responsibilities

• Unload goods, verify quality, and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Support drivers with deliveries across various locations.
• Report any incomplete orders (shorts) to customers.
• Properly handle company equipment, follow safety procedures, and perform pre-trip inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with handcarts and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong communication skills and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Knowledge of product delivery schedules and quality checks.

Physical & Work Environment Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
• Capability to climb on/off trucks, bend, squat, push, and pull regularly.
• Work in cold warehouse settings, confined spaces, and extreme weather conditions.
