Driver Helper - Full-Time

About the Role

Assist delivery drivers with unloading, checking product quality, and delivering to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect produce
• Rotate stock
• Assist with deliveries
• Communicate about incomplete orders
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Manage company equipment following safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with handcarts and electric pallet jacks
• Strong communication skills and basic arithmetic ability
• Knowledge of delivery schedules and product quality standards

Physical Demands

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds
• Ability to climb, bend, squat, push, and pull

Work Environment

• Cold warehouse conditions
• Confined spaces
• Exposure to extreme weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold
