Driver Helper - Full-Time

Role Overview: Assist delivery drivers with unloading, checking product quality, and delivering to customer locations. Key Responsibilities: Unload and inspect products, rotate stock, assist with deliveries, communicate about incomplete orders, handle customer complaints professionally, and manage equipment following safety protocols. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience with handcarts and electric pallet jacks. Strong communication skills and basic arithmetic ability. Knowledge of delivery schedules and product quality standards. Physical Demands: Ability to frequently move up to 50 pounds (infrequently up to 80 pounds), climb on/off trucks, and perform bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling. Work Environment: Cold warehouse, confined spaces, and extreme weather conditions such as heat, rain, and cold temperatures.
