Driver Helper - Full-Time

About the role

Assist delivery drivers by unloading, checking product quality, and delivering to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect products, ensure proper rotation and quality.
• Support drivers during deliveries by traveling between locations.
• Report any incomplete orders or customer complaints professionally.
• Handle company equipment safely, perform pre-trip inspections, and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with handcart and electric pallet jack.
• Strong communication skills and basic arithmetic ability.
• Knowledge of delivery schedules and product quality standards.

Physical & Work Environment

• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, occasional lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to climb trucks, bend, squat, push, and pull regularly.
• Work in cold, confined, and extreme weather conditions.
