Driver/ Fabricator

About the role

LeafGuard is hiring full-time drivers to operate our company trucks. Drivers play a key role in delivering high service levels to our customers. In addition to transporting materials and machinery to worksites, you will verify the accuracy of measurements submitted by sales representatives. This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse or light construction experience looking to advance their careers, serving as the first step toward becoming a LeafGuard driver/fabricator.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to assigned job sites
• Maintain clean and organized company vehicles
• Operate gutter roll forming machines
• Measure and verify house dimensions against diagrams for gutter delivery
• Maintain and upkeep the interior of the truck
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Organize all materials needed for upcoming installation jobs

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Obtain a Pre-employment Medical Card
• Basic warehouse and light industrial machinery experience is a plus
• Ability to use a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of $20.00–$30.00 per hour with weekly pay.
