About the role
As a Driver - CNA, you will be responsible for transporting patients within the community while ensuring their safety and comfort.Responsibilities
- Transport patients to and from medical appointments and other necessary locations.
- Ensure that all patients are safely secured in the vehicle during transportation.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients to ensure smooth patient care.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for providing compassionate care.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
