Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate

Join Mondelēz International/Nabisco as a Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate in Memphis, TN. This combo role involves delivering products to stores and warehouses and stocking trucks in the warehouse.

Schedule

While driving: Monday‑Friday, start 11 PM – 2 AM, finish when work is done, 40‑50 hours/week, occasional Saturdays.
In warehouse: Monday‑Friday, start 6 AM, finish when work is done, 40 hours/week, occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks on warehouse equipment, tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.
• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.
• Coordinate with retail customers and receiving personnel; communicate customer needs to the customer service team.
• Participate in warehouse activities: truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining organization.
• Pick orders, palletize, load and unload delivery trucks.
• Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks in a timely manner.
• Maintain an accurate running inventory and adhere to safety and quality checks.
• Record, report, and return defective items per company policy.
• Accept, verify, inspect, and record all deliveries and shipments.
• Use a smart phone, electronic logging device (ELD), and scanner for logging positions, driving times, and deliveries.
• Adapt to daily changing routes, working times, and outdoor weather conditions.

Job Specific Requirements

• Valid CDL‑Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience.
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID (required for access to a military base facility).
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration (link provided by employer).
• Pass drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment and handle physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Capability to obtain and maintain any additional licenses needed to operate equipment.
• Preferred: Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience; forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.

Pay

• Driving: $27.10 per hour
• Warehouse: $22.00 per hour
