Job Summary
Responsible for the safe and accurate transport of all supplies provided by the CSC facility. Utilizes various types of vehicles for transport. Verifies accuracy of supplies to be delivered. Responsible for daily inspection and cleaning of vehicles, reporting any problems to appropriate supervisor or management. Completes necessary paperwork for deliveries, driver logs, and inspection reports.
Core Responsibilities And Essential Functions
- Transport all supplies from designated pick up/delivery locations.
- Conduct business in a professional manner to minimize or eliminate customer complaints.
- Listen to and resolve any service complaints in a proactive manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with company/CSC guidelines.
- Load/Unload trucks to maximize time and route efficiencies.
- Provide a quality and clean product that meets all customer expectations and needs.
- Distribute items at locations to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain safe driving record.
- Maintain CDL license.
- Fill in for other drivers as assigned and/or needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Attend training and departmental meetings.
- Clean inside of truck and ensure routine maintenance is performed properly and timely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Minimum License(s) And Certification(s)
- CDL - Commercial Driver's License
Additional License(s) And Certification(s) Required Minimum Experience
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving and delivery experience in a health care setting
Preferred
- Preferred or GED
Required Minimum Skills
- Safely operate all vehicles and maintain a clean 3-year MVR.
- Valid Georgia CDL Class A license.
